To share your health data from mySugr® with your doctor, you need to update your account to an Accu-Chek Account.**
Be sure you're updated to the most recent version of the mySugr app. If you're not sure, please contact us so we can help you find what version you're running.
- Open mySugr® and select More in your tab bar menu
- Select Data Sharing. (If you do not see this option in your menu, please let us know immediately)

- In the menu, you know you will need to update your account if it says "Account update required" below Data sharing.

- Once open, tap the green "Get started" button and you'll we walked through the process of updating your account.
- Once your account has been updated, you'll be asked to sign back into the app. You will use your email and your new password that you just updated on your account.
- If you plan on sharing your health data with your doctor, you can then generate a code under the same Data sharing option. The process is described in this FAQ.
**When updating your account, use only the device you started the process on. Updating your account will not work if you try to use any links on a computer or other smart device.
