How to update my account in the mySugr® app? (RocheOne)

Please note: The content in this section is relevant only for Chile, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Belgium, Germany, and Peru

 

To update your RocheOne account in the mySugr® app follow the steps:

  1. Open mySugr® app
  2. Select Update account 

  1. Select Get started
  2. Provide your personal information and select Next
  3. Create a password and select Next
  4. Read and accept the mandatory consent, and select Create
  5. Once your account is ready, select Sign in

Note: Make sure you are using the latest version of mySugr® app.
