How to delete my account? (RocheOne)

To delete your account within the mySugr® app follow these steps:

  1. Open mySugr® app on your Smartphone.
  2. Select More 
  3. Select Account and Settings
  4. Select Manage account
  5. Navigate down to “Privacy & Legal” and select Manage privacy.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom and select Manage app-specific consents
  7. Click on Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
  8. Confirm by clicking on Delete anyway
  9. Click on Delete

Note:  Deleting your account is permanent. Any healthcare center you are connected to will also lose access to your data.
