How to delete my account? (RocheOne)

Please note: The content in this section is relevant only for Chile, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and Peru


To delete your account within the mySugr® app follow these steps:

  1. Open mySugr® app on your Smartphone.
  2. Select More 
  3. Select Account and Settings
  4. Select Manage account
  5. Navigate down to “Privacy & Legal” and select Manage privacy.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom and select Manage app-specific consents
  7. Click on Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
  8. Confirm by clicking on Delete anyway
  9. Click on Delete

NoteDeleting your account is permanent. Any healthcare center you are connected to will also lose access to your data.
