To delete your account within the mySugr® app follow these steps:
- Open mySugr® app on your Smartphone.
- Select More
- Select Account and Settings
- Select Manage account
- Navigate down to “Privacy & Legal” and select Manage privacy.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Manage app-specific consents
- Click on Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm by clicking on Delete anyway
- Click on Delete
Note: Deleting your account is permanent. Any healthcare center you are connected to will also lose access to your data.
