Need your weight to show in lbs and not kg? Or kg and not lbs?
Maybe your BG unit to show in mg/dL vs mmol/L?
Or you measure carbs in Grams but it's somehow set in Exchanges?
Maybe you need the A1c unit to be a percent instead of mmol/mol?
We try to set those for you based on your location when you sign up, but sometimes we get it wrong. Sorry! Here's how to fix it:
Android:
- In the mySugr app navigation bar, tap on More
- Next, tap on Account & Settings
- Now, tap on Therapy (the middle button)
- Weight unit as well as BG, carb, and A1c units are in there. Just tap on the one you need, and change the setting to your preference
iOS:
Weight or Carb unit
- In the mySugr app navigation bar, tap on More
- Next, tap on Account & Settings
- Then, tap on Food
- Next, tap on Body Weight unit or Carb unit
BG or A1c unit
- In the mySugr app navigation bar, tap on More
- Next, tap on Account & Settings
- Then, tap on Blood Sugar testing
- Next, tap on Blood sugar unit or A1c unit
