As long as you're enrolled in the mySugr Bundle, you can reach out to your certified diabetes educator through the mySugr App anytime, anywhere.
It’s as simple as the tap of a finger! Ask all the questions you have about your diabetes and your coach will dive into your data. Within a single business day, your coach will reply with some feedback and ideas about your questions or problem areas.
Together, you’ll work on your diabetes management and any goals you want to set for yourself.
Please note: The Coach service is not proactive, meaning that they do not look into your data unless you reach out to them. Your privacy is our top priority, and we want to maintain that even though your data is available to the Coaches when you enroll.
**If you are enrolled through your employer, you may continue to have access until the end of their contract with mySugr. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to your employer's benefit manager.
