Just write a message to our Support team (email@example.com) and provided that you are not within your 3-month commitment time*, we'll confirm your request. Once it's approved, we'll get the subscription canceled right away!
*Please be aware that your subscription has a three month/3 payment minimum commitment, and requests received during this window of time will not be accepted. Any attempt to cancel before three payments have successfully charged for the subscription will be rejected.
In our reply, we will let you know when the eligible cancellation date will be. You will be responsible for sending us a new request after the acceptable cancellation date. (This means you could get charged again if we do not receive a new cancellation request after the date mentioned in the email reply.)
