mySugr bundle - How do I cancel my subscription?

If you own an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch), you can cancel the subscription within the app. Just open the side menu and then tap Profile & Settings. Next, tap Membership Bundle. At the bottom of this page, you should see the Cancel Bundle Subscription button. Just tap it and that should cancel the Bundle for you.

 

If you use Android, just write a message to our Support team (support@mysugr.com) and we'll confirm your request. Once it's confirmed, we'll get the subscription canceled right away! Easy peasy!

 

 **Please be aware: if you do not confirm the cancellation request with your support agent, the Bundle subscription will remain active and you will continue to be charged as we cannot process the cancellation without confirmation. This is due to the subscriptions needing to be manually canceled at this time. 

 

Note: If you participated in a promotion or special offer and received the first month for free, you can cancel anytime after your second month.
