mySugr Account Migration to Roche

How to migrate your mySugr account to an Accu-Chek account (RocheOne)

Please note: The content in this section is relevant only for select countries that include the Accu-Chek account sign on process. Please reach out to mySugr support if you are not sure if this applies to your account. 

 

In order to share your data with your provider, you must migrate your account to an Accu-Chek account first. 😊

 

Please tap 'More' located in the bottom right of your navigation menu. Here you will see the "Data Sharing" option - a blue icon with opposite facing arrows - with an additional notice 'Account update required'. Tap on it and it will start the process of migrating your account!

Now, click on "Get started" to begin. You'll be guided through the process of updating your account to the Roche account login feature. You'll be asked to fill out some information, create a new password, and check off some consents. You'll then select "Create account"

 

You know you have been successful when you see a screen with a big green check mark saying that your account is ready!

After your account has been updated, you'll only need to log in again as a final step, and you'll be taken back to your logbook.
