mySugr Account Migration to Roche

Trying to reset my Accu-Chek account password (RocheOne)

Are you trying to reset your password, but you're seemingly caught in a loop? Follow these steps to get that password reset and back into the mySugr app with your Accu-Chek account!

 

  1. If you have a VPN turned on, please turn it off. Many VPN sites are blocked due to malware, and our system will not allow the process to move forward if a VPN is enabled.
  2. Completely uninstall and reinstall the mySugr app back on to your device.

  3. Confirm your mySugr account has been upgraded to Accu-Chek Account first: Open the app and choose login using mySugr ID option. The app will tell you if the account has already been upgraded. .
    • If allowed to continue to sign into mySugr, completely log out from the mySugr app (More > Account & Settings > Log out).
  4. Force close and reopen the mySugr app, 
  5. Tap on the "Create account" button to create a new Accu-Chek Account using the same email as the upgraded existing mySugr/Accu-Chek Account - just follow steps to create a new account as if you didn't already have one.
  6. Force close mySugr app again, and if needed, restart phone.
  7. Login using the Accu-Chek account.
