How do I log out of my account (RocheOne)

Please note: The content in this section is relevant only for select countries that include the Accu-Chek account sign on process. Please reach out to mySugr support if you are not sure if this applies to your account.

 

To log out of your RocheOne account in the mySugr® app follow these steps:

When you have the mySugr app open:

 

  1. Tap on "More" in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen
  2. Select "Account & Settings"
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Log out"
  4. Confirm the log out option by tapping "Log out"
  5. Tip: If you are logged in to multiple devices, logging out of one device will log out out of all sessions and devices.

 

⚠️Do not log out if you receive a message saying that you have unsynchronized data.⚠️

All unsynchronized data when logging out or uninstalling will be lost. Please be sure all data is synchronized before logging out. You can check your unsynchronized data by tapping '"More'" and scrolling to the bottom of the screen.
