Data Import

Why is the Beurer GL50 evo connection being decommissioned?

Our partnership with Beurer ended by the end of 2024. We understand that decommissioning this integration may raise concerns as you have been using it as part of your diabetes management routine.

The decision to decommission the Beurer integration was taken in order to comply with our quality standards. It is important for us to always adhere to our ongoing commitment of ensuring the best quality for our users; sometimes this also means to decommission services we offer.

We recognize that this change could impact some users who are actively using the connection, and we apologize for any disruption to automatically logging your data. All your historical therapy data, gathered in the past, will remain in the mySugr app, and you will still have the option to manually enter data moving forward.

To ensure a smooth transition, we highly recommend you to consult your doctor to discuss alternative options that align with your personal diabetes management needs.

You can also find an overview of the available device connections in your country, in the mySugr app under the menu button “Connections”. As always, if you have any questions about this or anything else, please do not hesitate to ask us.

We care deeply about you. That's why we have people with a personal connection to diabetes to take care of your questions, worries, and concerns. Bottom line? We understand.
