Yep!
mySugr Logbook is pretty smart and will save all of your entries right on your device. Once you have internet access again it will sync with the server and get everything up to date. It might take a few minutes, depending on the amount of data. Challenges will not work offline. Just remember not to log out of Logbook when offline or any unsynchronized entries will be lost and cannot be recovered.
