How can I delete my data and my account?
First, please be sure you are no longer an active PRO subscriber before you delete your account. Once you have canceled your subscription please follow these instructions.
Open the mySugr app and tap on More > Profile & Settings > Other Settings > Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Open the mySugr app and tap on More, then Profile & Settings. Next, select the "Settings" tab at the top of your screen and scroll to the bottom and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Or, you can send us a short message with your mySugr ID and your request to delete your account at email@example.com
We will delete your account and all your data irrevocably.
