First, please be sure you are no longer an active PRO subscriber before you delete your account. Once you have canceled your subscription please follow these instructions.
iOS:
Open the mySugr app and tap on More > Account & Settings > Other Settings > Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Android:
Open the mySugr app and tap on More, then Account & Settings. Next, select the "Settings" tab at the top of your screen and scroll to the bottom and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Or, you can send us a short message with your mySugr ID and your request to delete your account at support@mysugr.com
We will delete your account and all your data irrevocably.
