First, please be sure you are no longer an active PRO subscriber before you delete your account. Once you have canceled your subscription please follow these instructions.
iOS:
Open the mySugr app and tap on More > Profile & Settings > Other Settings > Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Android:
Open the mySugr app and tap on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Then, select Profile & Settings, tap the "Settings" tab on the top and scroll to the bottom of your screen and follow the on-screen instructions and prompts.
Or, you can send us a short message with your mySugr ID and your request to delete your account at support@mysugr.com
After confirming the cancellation request with you, we will delete your account and all your data irrevocable.
