mySugr Bundle: Can I reactivate my old subscription?
If you have a mySugr Bundle subscription through your Employers benefits and request for us to cancel it, we cannot reactivate a subscription once it has been set for cancellation in our system. The final cancellation date being what would have been your next renewal date.
**If you are enrolled through your employer, you may continue to have access until the end of their contract with mySugr. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to your employer's benefit manager.
