Why is the data transfer from Accu-chek Mobile to the mySugr App not working anymore?

mySugr and Roche are committed to high-quality products, and we want to communicate promptly when we discover something you should know about.

You may be experiencing trouble transferring data between your Accu-Chek Mobile and the mySugr app. The meter itself and the mySugr app are not affected, but unfortunately, there is a firmware issue in the wireless adapter impacting the data transfer.

As you can imagine, we are working hard to fix the issue. New adapters are being produced and we expect them to be available within the next three months. If you still want to transfer data from your Accu-Chek Mobile blood glucose meter to the mySugr app without trouble, you’ll need the new adapter.
