Can I connect more than one pump to mySugr app ?
No, only one pump can be connected.
Can I connect my pump to more than one smartphone?
No, to keep you safe, it’s only possible to connect to one device/app that can control your pump. That’s why you can’t use both the Accu-Chek Insight Diabetes Manager and the mySugr App at the same time.
How close should the smartphone and the pump be to connect?
They should be within 10 meters, but the distance might be shorter if there are any obstacles.
Will the connection drain my smartphone's or pump's battery?
Yes, but not more than when you use the Accu-Chek Insight Diabetes Manager. Only while the mySugr app is open there will be a connection established every few minutes that will drain the battery.
