What other troubleshooting can I do if I have a Huawei device and want to re-establish the connection with my meter?

If you have a Huawei device that you've been able to pair before, and our provided troubleshooting is still having difficulty pairing, there's another thing that you could try. We have found out that some Huawei models has another battery optimization feature, which is called "App launch". 

 

If your device has this setting, then you'll find it under Settings -> Battery -> App Launch. Now search the list of apps for mySugr. 

 

Make sure that the toggle is deactivated (like the picture):


 

Now, tap on mySugr and make sure that all the options are activated (like the picture below) and tap on OK:
