We regret to inform you that as of Sunday, January 1, 2023, mySugr will no longer offer the mySugr Bundle to our self-paid enrolled subscribers. Until this date, you will continue to have access to all features of your subscription, including coaching and blood glucose testing product replenishment.
What does this mean for you? Your November billing cycle will be the last of your subscription - no other payments will be collected between now and January 1.

Will I be charged any further for my subscription?
Your most recent payment made in November will serve as your final billing cycle. You will not be charged any further between now and the termination of your subscription.
Will I receive any more Accu-Chek blood glucose testing supplies?
Yes - if you are due to receive your regular 90-day shipment between now and January 31, 2023, you can expect to receive your delivery as scheduled. This will serve as your final subscription shipment. To purchase additional Accu-Chek testing supplies after subscription termination, learn more about where to buy our products. Please note that at this time, Accu-Chek does not offer any other subscription programs.
Do I still have access to my coach until January 1?
Yes - you will continue to have access to all program features, including coaching, through January 1, 2023. You will also receive a notice from your personal coach today to begin ramping down your coaching partnership.
Will I still have access to the free mySugr app? What will happen to my data?
Yes - while your mySugr Bundle subscription will be terminated, you will still be able to utilize the free features of the mySugr app after January 1, 2023. Your mySugr account information will not change, including your historical blood glucose data. Since you already have a BluetoothⓇ-paired Accu-Chek meter from your subscription, you will also unlock mySugr PRO for free (a $2.99 value per month).
It’s our goal to make this process as smooth for you as possible. Your subscription may be going away, but the mySugr app will still be here to simplify your day-to-day diabetes management.
