FAQs Logbook

Why do I have new colors in my app? What is AGP range (Ambulatory Glucose Profile)?

We’ve updated the target range settings in your mySugr logbook! In compliance with standardized reporting structure provided by AGP, you’ll now have a better overview of your data in an easier to understand way. You’ll now see more options to adjust your target range colors.

Please discuss with your healthcare professional what settings will be best for you and your personal care plan.

Here’s what’s changed for your target range settings:

Color Coding Schema:

We’ve switched from a 3-color to a 5-color system for glucose values. You’ll see a guide in the app explaining how the new system works.

Wording Updates:

The following wording changes have been applied:

  • "Hyper" → "Very high/high"
  • "Hypo" → "Low/very low"
  • "In target" → "In range"

Bolus Calculator (Where Available):
The syncing between the Logbook and Bolus Calculator has stopped, meaning changes made to “Carb Recommendation” in the Bolus Calculator will no longer overwrite the hypoglycemia values in your Logbook.
