mySugr Account
If your account is through mySugr and has not migrated to an Accu-Chek account, it's easy peasy!
Tap "More" on the bottom of your screen and look for "Account & Settings".
iOS:
Your monsters name will appear on your Account & Settings screen. If you'd like to change your name or date of birth, tap on the section for your current name above "My subscription", once in this menu you can change your first or last name, or your date of birth.
Android:
Under the account tab you'll find the option to change your monster's name, your first name, last name, and date of birth.
However, for your email, that's a bit tricky at the moment because, due to GDPR, we have to verify that it's you who is changing the email login (it is your data, after all!). Please send us a message to our Support team and we'll help you get it changed!
Accu-Chek Account (RocheOne)
