I haven’t received my password reset message. What I can I do?

Have the spam gremlins been collaborating with your diabetes monster?

 

Sometimes the password reset messages land in your spam or junk-mail folder, or in Gmail's “Promotions” tab/folder. Please take a look there.

 

If you don’t see it straight away, try using your email program to search for messages that contain “mysugr.”

 

If nothing turns up, please send us a message using the Help button on the lower right of this page so we can take a closer look. We’ll need the email address you use to login to mySugr in order to find you, so please don’t forget to include that.
