You'll automatically get PRO when you connect your meter with your smartphone AND import values from the Accu-Chek meter into your mySugr Logbook.**
If you forget to sync your Accu-Chek® meter for more than 30 days, you will be switched down to Basic again.
As long as you continue to import values from your Accu-Chek® meter, you will stay PRO. Easy, right?
**PRO is only activated to one account per meter. If the meter has already unlocked PRO for one user account, it cannot unlock Pro for another user account. Also, the mySugr app does not unlock PRO if the imported value is a control solution value, so please use an actual glucose test in order to unlock PRO.
